At Royal-Pedic, every mattress is handcrafted using the world’s finest materials. Because of the care and craftsmanship involved, our white-glove delivery services, provided through Royal-Pedic and our authorized delivery partners, are designed to ensure your sleep system arrives safely, is properly installed, and is ready for immediate enjoyment.

Domestic Shipping & White-Glove Delivery

(Continental United States)

We proudly offer domestic delivery and installation throughout the continental United States through our authorized delivery partners. For local deliveries within the greater Los Angeles area, Royal-Pedic provides delivery using our own dedicated delivery team and truck.

For mattresses, box springs, and pillowtop pads ordered with a mattress, we provide white-glove delivery and installation service, unless you prefer shipment via drop ship to a receiving dock.

Our experienced delivery teams will:

  • Place and install your complete sleep system — including mattress, box spring(s), and pillowtop pad (when ordered with a mattress) — in the bedroom of your choice
  • Remove all packaging materials following setup
  • Offer removal and disposal of your old mattress or mattress set when requested at the time of order (this option is available during checkout when purchasing a new mattress or mattress set)

Pillowtop pads, mattress protectors, and other bedding items ordered without a mattress are typically shipped via threshold delivery to the front door.

Delivery appointments are coordinated in advance. Delivery timelines may vary depending on production schedules, location, and delivery access requirements. Royal-Pedic or its delivery partners will provide scheduling details and updates based on the delivery method selected.

Inspection & Damage

Every Royal-Pedic mattress is carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment. While damage during transit is rare, we ask that all items be inspected upon delivery.

Please inspect your mattress, box spring, and any accompanying items at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing, and the delivery team should be notified immediately so the issue can be properly documented.

If an order was not installed and remains in its original packaging, and concealed damage is discovered after delivery, please contact Royal-Pedic customer service at (800) 487-6925 or (310) 278-9594 within 48 hours of receipt. Prompt notification allows us to work quickly with our delivery partners to resolve the matter.

Damage reported outside this inspection period may not be eligible for replacement or repair.

International Shipping

Royal-Pedic mattresses are available internationally and are carefully prepared for export. Shipping methods, transit times, duties, taxes, and import requirements vary by destination country.

Royal-Pedic can provide a freight quote from our factory to the destination country’s port or receiving dock. Customers are responsible for arranging customs clearance through their customs broker, including payment of all applicable duties, taxes, and local import fees.
